Am trying to import from website certain realestate reports in to MS Excell
or Access to creat database,but that format is in a form text ,would like to
convert it in to a tabular format,need some guidance,how to do .

You would need to give us some details here. Don't know what you mean by
"format is in a form text ". If it is an a paragraph type of format, then
there would not be much we could do.

All the appraisal district and realtor websites I used to work with allowed
you to export the data of view it in a spreadsheet type of format. I'd see
if that exists for your webpage. Assuming you are trying to do a CMA or
similar, you should be able to pull the data out of the website and save it
in a spreadsheet format.
