How to format text in Them

I format the text in the theme to a 10pt font, but
everytime you go to type in the page it is defaulted to
12pt font. If I set properties for the individual <P> it
is fine, but I am getting tired of having to adjust the
size. The font style works, just not the size. Please
Help
 
Did you modify the theme and then save it under a new name, then remove the
original theme and apply your new modify theme?
