How to format a document that's already written

I'm editing a booklet for a new student program at my university. My
supervisor would like it to fit in a small 6x8 binder. They already wrote 40
pages of information; everytime I try to shrink the Word document, their text
boxes and art work break apart and don't fit on a paper. Any suggestions on
how to fix this? Thank you.

You might want to try creating a text box on each page and then copying the
information and past it into the text box. Right click on the box. And click
on size tab to make the box the exact dimension you are needing. Then simply
highlight the text and change font size. You might want to also change font
to something that is generally smaller.

That's not helping me. The document has all different font sizes, colors,
text boxes, and images. When I try to paste it into a text box, it makes no
difference. I would just like to paste it into a booklet that's about 3/4
the size of regular paper. Any other ideas? Thanks for your help.
