Hi all,
wanted to ask a question about certain type of windows that are part of
the XP OS and also used with some apps.
The window in question is the type that appears if you right-click on
"My Computer" and select Properties. This window type does not have a
minimize button, and it also does not create an entry on the task bar.
The Trend Micro antivirus app on one of my computes uses this type of
window for the 'update definitions' screen. My question is about the
fact that in some situations this type of window disappears and later
on becomes visible again (e.g. when computer is shutting down). Is
there a way to force these types of windows visible, if one does not
know what application(s) may have such a window open in the background?
thanks in advance,
JJ
