You may be able to get more info from the Event viewer.

And what is it?

Desktop.htt is the name for the Hypertext transfer for your wallpaper as it
set on you desktop as a webpage.
If you download recently buggy wallpaper from unsecure website or badly
written wallpaper code you will have trouble, or if your wallpaper benn
damaged by somehow it will give an error or does not function right on the
display.
try to set another wallpaper and see if your issue will be cured.
