HOW TO FIX MY c:\ drive

Ok i reformatted my c: drive and then i reinstalled windows xp, but now my c drive only has 1.5 gb of space, when before i had 30 gb...... how do i get my space back on drive c.. PLEASE HELP...!!!

You may have to fdisk the drive, removing the 1.5gb partition. You will
(should) lose your present installation and everything else on the drive.
Fdisk it again and make sure you create the primary partition with the
maximum available space. you probably made a stuff-up at the partitioning
stage of the installation. There might be another logical explanation
though, but afraid I'm still not as familiar with XP as i am with NT & 2K,
so someone else might be able to help you better.

EGADS!!! that isn't necessary! Just right click on 'My Computer' and
choose 'Manage'. From there, go to 'Disk Manager'. See if you can
see the rest of your drive. If so, simply create a new partition and
format it.
The other way is kinda like amputating the whole leg for an ingrown
toenail!
