How to fix Forward text colour?

Using MSO 2000 SP3 at home, MSO 2000 SP 1 Corporate or Workgroup at work.

When I forward a message the ink colour of my forward is not consistent
and changes, seemingly randomly, from one message to the next.

How do I make it the same each time?

Can I pick which colour it uses?

I use MS Word as my email editor, does this have anything to do with it?
 
If you have Themes turned on (Format->Themes in Word) check to see if that
is what is causing the different colors. I prefer using a theme in Word to
color my responses, but your mileage may vary.

(No Theme) selected, so presumably I'm not using this.

Any other suggestions?
