How to fix "Entry Point Not Found" error in Outlook 2000?

I am getting this error message:

OUTLOOK.EXE - Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point StrTokEx could not be located in
the dynamic link library MSOERT2.dll.


I can't send/edit emails...

Any help is highly appreciated.

I'm going to guess that you recently installed Windows 2000 SP3. See if
