How to fix a user's odd-behaving computer

One of my user's computers is acting strangely. When she goes to a
record, the calculated fields show #error. But when she minimizes and
maximizes Access, the values show up as they should.

Also, she can't use the scroll bar on one of the subs. It shakes a bit
when she clicks on the empty space to move it or when she tries to
swing it over to the right.

Every other computer is acting okay. The form she is using has been
used for over five years.

We tried rebooting. We tried updating her version of my designed
Access. We tried to get our tech to fix it. Nothing is working.

Anyone familiar with this?

Thanks,

Matt

Is all of the hardware the same? It almost sounds as if the machine is
taking way to much time to "think" before it does things!

Yes, she has been using the same computer for years. The problem just
popped up. I'm told now that it seems to come and go. The computer is
having a good day today. The day I wrote, however, I saw the issues
myself.

Thanks,

Matt
