How to ... FAX... ?

Seems to me it would depend on your fax software, which you neglected to
mention.
 
I got it.... I need a fax software. Does that fax software needs related
hardware and a telephone line to send fax. Will there any fax software which
does not need any additional hardware to send fax on an existing email
server?

Fax software is specifically written to control fax modems. If it's not
sent with fax protocols, naturally it's not a fax.
 
Current versions of Outlook are also designed to integrate with Internet Fax
Services for the increasing number of users who are abandoning their local
analog phone lines and modems. Outlook 2002, however, did not have that
ability.
