How do I export my outlook address book to another computer

Just the address book? File | Export...

Export your Contacts folder to a new .PST file and then import (or just
open) that folder from there.

Depending on your Oultook version, you may also want to move your
autocomplete (NK2) file.

First, Outlook doesn't really have an address book. The Outlook Address
Book is really just a view of your Contacts folder.

Second, don't export. Create a new PST (File>New>Outlook Data File) and
copy your Contacts folder to it (right-click Contacts, choose Copy and
select the new PST as the destination). Then, close the new PST
(right-click>Close) and close Outlook. Copy the PST to the other PC by
whatever means you want, making sure the file winds up on your hard drive
with no read-only attribute and not replacing any PST of the same name. In
Outlook there, open the PST with File>Open Outlook Data File. Then you can
copy the contents of the Contacts folder to your main Contacts folder on
that machine.
