how to export data FROM excel into a form as in Omniform?

How to export data FROM microsoft excel 2003 TO a orm scanned in Omniform?
Desperately need help in doing this?

I want to insert 3 fields from Excel into a form I have scanned using
Omniform. I am new to using this forum, so any help is appreciated.

this is not really possible. You have a scanned image and not an
editable document.
 
Good morning:

The image is editable, that what's Omniform design is used for. A document
(form)is scanned, then it can be edited, then can import information.

Any ideas?
