How to erase invisible folders?

How erase invisible folder in Vista?? I made this trick and now I unable to
delete it. No matter I delete it, is still there

Hi junior--

I'm not sure what this trick is. If you serach engine undeletable file you
can find all kinds of methods. Some work, and some don't. I've found
sometimes booting into Safe Mode by tapping F8 and then right clicking start
and opening Windows Explorer and finding the file or folder will work.

I should have added. Make sure this folder you want to erase is not an
important or needed system file--run down its name and right click it and
see what properties says.

Also make sure spyware isn't calling this by running Defender and Ad Aware.

You could try opening a cmd prompt, CD to the directory in which the folder
resides.

Do a dir /x, which will list the 'real' 8.3 names of files & folders.

Then try to delete with the RD command.
