how to enable the PC Speaker

Is there a way of enabling the PC speaker in windows XP professional? I am
familiar with the speaker.drv in windows 95 but i don't think it will work
with XP. Thanks in advance!

option, go to "non plug and play device" find that device
named "Beep" and set it to disabled"
