How to enable RPC profile?

Hello everyone:

I have had problem with my laptop (XP professional) and
disbled RPC profile (which was not smart). Now, I'm
having all kinds of problems. Trying to enable the RPC
profile and do not how since the start bottom disapeared
and I can not start most services. Any sugesstions.

Can you get to the control panel some other whey?My

computer,Programs?
The program wimpatrol has a tab which opens the services
folder www.winpatrol.com
