How to enable a scrollbar in Notes

I'm looking for a way to enable a scrollbar in a Note in Outlook as some
notes are getting long and would like to use a mouse to scroll up and down.

There is no way to enable a scroll bar in a note, as far as I can tell.
Just expand the borders of the note.
 
Yes sort of realized that. Would be nice to have a method for having longer
text.. Hmm.. need to find a different way then..
