S Sonia Aug 15, 2004 #2 Midi files cannot be embedded. They are always linked and must travel along with the presentation if it is moved or distributed. To insert a midi file, go to Insert > Movies and Sounds > Sound from File. See also: Play sounds across multiple slides (A WAV runs through it) http://www.rdpslides.com/pptfaq/FAQ00047.htm Sounds/Movies don't play, images disappear or links break when I move or email a presentation http://www.rdpslides.com/pptfaq/FAQ00155.htm
