Is ther a way to draw circle trough graf or other option in excel but with
specific radius or if you draw two circle with common center the output look
proportionaly right.

Hi

To get a circle of given radius, draw any ellipse using drawing toolbar,
select FormatAutoshape from right-click dropdown menu, and set both width
and heigth of shape to 2*radius. Probably you like to set there the
FillColor to No Fill too.

To set centers of 2 circles to same location, you have temporarily to set
column and row widths/heights to such values, whih divide with diameters of
both circles. Now you can easily adjust location of both circles. After that
restore original widths/heights of columns/rows. When you want to change
circles location afterwards, you have to move them together.
