How to download Micorsoft Outlook?

Please could someone recommend how to do this (as becoming frustrated with
Windows Mail).
 
Outlook is part of Microsoft Office suite (Office 2007, 2003, XP, etc.). It
requires a purchase of the software.

To get MS Outlook you need to visit your local PC store and shell out some
cash, it is part of the MS Office Suite.

So what is your frustration with WM?
 
WARNING: Outlook 2007 is NOT included with Office Home & Student Edition!!
You must purchase Office Standard Edition or higher, or buy Outlook
"standalone" (about $100). Do NOT buy H&S expecting it to have Outlook, as
I did. Or, you can do the smartest thing, download Windows Live Mail. It's
great!

"It would have been nice to know about the "home & student edition " before
making the purchase ! Even the guy who sold me the new computer told me this
was all I needed ! who knew I would have to have OUTLOOK on a new system !
