How to download mails from each Folders on my mail server?

On receipt of mails I classify them as Personal, Business etc on my mail
server by moving the mail messages to respective folders. How do I download
mails from each of these folders seperately as Outlook downloads only Inbox
and not other folders including Sent Messages folder?
 
You might want to tell us which version of Outlook and what mail account
type you are using.
