I was sent a message regarding checking a VIRUS on my
computer and the virus was called "jdbgmgr.exe." After
locating it, I deleted it and then emptied my trash. Long
afterwards I found out that it was a hoax and I in turn
did myself in. Does anyone know how to reload this
file? If so, please respond to tallhyland@netzero and
let me know. Thanks for any and all help.

you don't need this unless you are a developer. It's a debugger.

Greetings --

If you did delete the file, you really haven't done much damage.
This file is used by Java programmers to find errors in their code.
If you don't do any Java programming, you don't really need the file.

Hi Bonnie
jdbgmgr.exe is a Java debugger, unless your creating and debugging your own
code you don't really need it. If you want to reload can download it from
MVP Kelly's website at
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/regs_edits/jdbgmgr.exe (Place this file in
c:\windows\system32). Though this isn't really necessary unless you are a
developer.

Hope that helps
Mark
