How to disable warnings about hyperlinks

I added a hyperlink to a microsoft doc to link to a media file in my computer. Everytime I click on it I get a warning about Hyperlink being harmful to my computer. How can I disable this warning. It is distracting from my journal.
 
This warnings are controlled in the security options
settings of Internet Explorer
