Hi,

I wrote a word document and i made some changes (later).
in order to not see comment about changes i disactivated on my computer this
feature.

unfortunately, comments reappear on some my colleague's computers.
How can i disable this feature directly from document and not to do it on
each computer where this document will be read ?

thx,
Alain

Any tracked changes that you haven't accepted or rejected before you
send the document to others will be visible to the other users. To
avoid this,

- turn off Track Changes.
- accept or reject all existing changes.
- save the document.
