We recently upgraded from exchange 5.5 to exchange 2000.
What i've noticed since the upgrade is that all users in
the organization can open outlook click file, click open,
and the click on Other user's Folder... and pick on
someone and read that persons e-mails. I'm concerned for
security reasons and would like to know if there is a way
this can be diabled either in Outlook itself or Echange
2000. What's the steps i need to take to do this. Thanks!

Sounds like you've configured the wrong permissions on the Exchange database
as by default even the administrators cannot open every mailbox. Since this
isn't an Outlook issue I suggest you ask again in an Exchange newsgroup.
