How to disable clipboard popup?

Hi

I'm trying tp copy and paste from Outlook to Word and every second
copy pops up the clipboard.

Help says "If you close the Clipboard toolbar three times
consecutively without clicking the Paste All button or any of the
collected items on the toolbar, the toolbar will no longer appear
automatically."

Rubbish!

How do I stop this beast?
 
Are you using the Office clipboard? If so, here is an article that discusses
