How to digitally sign a complex MS Word doc ?

Hi everybody

I am interested about a method to sign MS Word docs containing not only
text but images and OLE objects.
Does anyone know the best method to do that ?

I already know about the method available through the
Tools--Option--Securti--Digital signature ...but this doesn't allow me
to export the secret key!
I do not intend to install a certificate server for this.
