I need to develop a project which i need to send messages to Yahoo
messenger Users... Can any one help me by telling how to do that... i
got some information about yahoo protocol..

If you have info of the protocol used all you have to do is implement it :)

if you need help implementing a TCP server/client app look for some book
regarding network programming,
