We've all had this problem: You try to delete a file and windows comes back
with a message saying that it can't delete the file because some process is
using it. I'm pretty good at determining which programs are using a file and
closing them when I need to delete it or overwrite it, but sometimes I can't
find that process or make windows release it, which forces me to reboot.
So, does anyone know of a prgram that can identify which program is using a
certain file? It would be nice to stop the process from using the file
instead of doing a reboot each time I needed to update the file.
