Install the two programs Fritz has mentioned and see if they find the
culprit.
If not, first stop the process vividgal.exe from running using Task Manager
accessed by pressing Ctrl-Alt-Delete;
Search for and delete the file called vividgal.exe
then:
1.. Click Start, and then click Run. (The Run dialog box appears.)
2.. Type regedit
Then click OK. (The Registry Editor opens.)
3.. Navigate to the key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
4.. In the right pane, delete the value:
"VividGal.exe" = "C:\WINNT\VividGal.exe -n"
5.. Exit the Registry Editor.
That should get rid if it completely

While browsing the web a little nusty program called vividGal got stuck to
my pc and I can not delete it for months now. It installed itself without my
knowledge and permission into the Window directory. Every time I try to
uninstall it by all the means in some magic way it keeps coming back and
driving me crazy!
