How to delete automatic e-mail address?

Hello - How can I delete an incorrect (old) e-mail
address that pops in the "to" field on messages? I keep
grabbing the wrong one, and I no longer want the old one
as an option.

Hover your mouse pointer over the wrong one (it should turn blue) and press
Delete.
