How to delete an outbox file in sending progress with hotmail acco

I use my hotmail account with Outlook '07 and tried to send an email that was
too large. It is now stuck in my outbox and I can't delete, modify or send
it. It just stays in there and outlook tries to send it everytime which
locks up everything and I can't receive or send any new emails. Any help
would be appreciated, thanks.

File - Work Offline.
Wait 5 minutes.
Try to delete.
If it still fails, File - Exit.
Wait 5 minutes.
Restart Outlook, remain offline.
Try to delete.

If it still doesn't work, post back.
