How to delete all rules?

I converted (via an MS Office Upgrade) from Outlook 2002 to Outlook 2003 late
last year. My Outlook is still running rules I setup in 2002, but deleted in
2003. How can I delet ALL rules and start over, I just have few rules that I
need?

Click Start>Run and enter the following in the Open box:

"%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office11\Outlook.exe" /cleanrules

Include the quotes and spaces. That will start Outlook with no rules,
according to Outlook's Help.
