Hello Olivier,
You have to give them such permission on the connection object you want
allow them to replicate, use ADSIEdit from Windows Server Support tools
found at Windows Server CD to do so.

No the NTDS Settings object, this must be done on the connection object,

The rights on the Connection object is Full Control but the pb is always present same error message
