How to customize Outlook 2003, e.g. remove button text in toolbar?

Right click on the toolbar, select Customize, then right click on the
button, select Default style.

Thanks, but why is it easy like customize IE toolbars, just select option
"No text labels" for applying all buttons?
 
I don't understand - this method works for all versions of Outlook to create
a blank button that you can customize to your heart's content.
