How to create a XP SP1 CD or directory

Help! I tried to add IIS component via the Add/Remove Windows
Components and was prompted for the XP SP1 path to locate the
INFOCOMM.DLL. When I provided the unzipped XP SP1 location, the
Add/Remove facility indicated that it was unable to locate the DLL.
Upon closer look, the unzipped XP SP1 had INFOCOMM.DL_ under ..\ip
directory.

How do I restore all *.xx_ as *.xxx?

A Windows XP SP1 CD can be made as long as you have an XP disc. It can be
very useful that you do have one. Instructions are below on how to make
one.
