How to create a report from a Word or Excel file ?

Hi,


Is there any way of import a word file to create a report with the same
layout of a Word (or Excel) file ?

I need to buid a report in a Access database but the layout (due to leagl
reasons) needs to be the same as the one I have in a Word file provided by
the entuty that will receive the information.
