How to create a CD which can be read by MS-DOS

Anyone know how to create a CD which can be read by MS-DOS? Ive tried
to burn several disks, and DOS complains that its not in IS 9660 or
Sierra format.

Make sure your cd burning program knows it's creating a data disc.
Sometimes thy default to music discs. Look around carefully at the menu
options or for an advanced mode to set this for sure.
