How to create a "blind" distribution list?

In Outlook 2002, I want to creat a distribution to send an email to a list of
thirty people I will call, "Friends of the Society." When they receive the
email, I want them to see only "Friends of the Society" in the "TO" box. I
don't want them to be able to click on "Properties" and see who else is in
the distribution list.

I think there is some way to make such a distribution list by using the BCC
box, but I can't find how to do so in the Outlook Help. I will appreciate
advise.
