Greetings,

Is there any way to set up a macro in a Word doc so that I
can create a secondary doc from a master doc, where the
secondary doc contains some but not all of the information
that is in the master doc? Periodic updates will need to
be made to the master doc, so I'll want to do this
repeatedly. Also, if this is possible, how do I do this?

Thanks in advance for any assistance. ellen

Reading between the lines, I think you want a template that contains your
default text. Prepare the document and save as a template. Create new
documents from that template.

Ellen,

This is your third posting of the same question here in two days. Please
read the responses. I sent one yesterday. Graham Mayor sent another one
today.
