how to create a 2 y-axis bar chart in excel

I am trying to create a bar chart in excel that has two data sets an
two y-axis
ie.
data set 1 :
1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9
data set 2:
100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900

If I do this on a normal bar chart, you would not see data set 1, so
need to do this on a bar chart with two Y-axis. However I cannot se
how to do it with a bar for each data set. I can do it with a line an
bar.

Can anyone let me know how to do this?

Right click on the data series in the chart
From popup menu select Format Data Series
Open the Axis tab
Click in the Secondary y-axis box
Done

You need to use dummy series so the secondary series doesn't block the
primary:
