how to copy Windows update files

Hi,
I have Windows XP Professional edition on my FIRST computer. My computer has
latest updates available till date. However, I am not able to download and
install updates on my SECOND computer (this also has XP Pro) due to internet
bandwidth limitation.

Is it possible to copy all the WINDOWS update files from FIRST computer onto
a CD and then install them on the SECOND computer? If so, how should identify
and write them on a CD? Do I need to take any caution when I install them on
the SECOND machine? Any particular sequence?

I don't think you can copy already installed updates from one computer to the
next. You'll need the original .exe files.

You can head over to http://ryanvm.msfn.org/updatepack.html, they have a
post SP2 update pack you can install. Or you can head to
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/current.aspx and download directly
from MS.

Once you get all of these, just burn them to a CD and install them in order
of the date posted.

The installed updates can not be saved for reuse.
You will need to download them again.

But you can download them from the Windows Update Catalog, burn to CD for
