How to copy local profile

Hi,

I have 4 sets XP Professional computer logon NT 4.0 server (ABC_XX). User
profile was created in the C:\Documents and Setting\user name.ABC_XX. But I
setup Windows 2K3 Standard (DEF.com), 4 users will be logon it.

I do not want to re-install and resetting up all programs. Is it any way to
copy all profile to new profile ??

Any suggestion or hints is very appreciated.
