How to convert Pegasus Mail to Outlook 2003?

I need to convert folders and messages with attachments and address
books to Outlook. I want to keep all the original message dates.

I've searched but can't find any utilities to do this.

Anyone help?

Have you looked through the options Pegasus mail offers for export?
