How to convert AVI file to an audio file (MP3/WAV)

I captured an analog video using Dazzle. The video &sound works just fine
on my computer, but I want to burn the Audio, ONLY, to a CD,playable on a
home stereo. How is this done? I've been all over Windows Media Player,
Dazzle, Winamp & Roxio,no luck.

Get a copy of VirtualDub, it allows you to save the AVI audio as WAV... For
