How to control folder access?

Is there any way to protect folder/file access in Windows
XP Home Edition? I'm on a small company network with a
dozen XP users. I'm used to Windows 200, where I can use
Security options to control individual access to my
folders (no access, read only, read/write, etc.). Is
there a way to do this with XP?

Please e-mail me as well as post the reply, since it is
my first time to post, and I'm not sure if I can find the
replies! After browsing the Microsoft web site, I have a
feeling that I'm out of luck, but I decided to at least
try posting this question.

Thanks,

Russell

I have never used XP home, but I believe you log on as administrator and boot into
safe mode to access ntfs permissions. --- Steve
