how to connect to an oracle database using vbscript

how to connect to an oracle database using vbscript and run a sqlfile then
write the result of the executed sqlfile to a notepad.

im using a database in Xp, and no server or no network is needed.

dbname is "igdev"
usernaem "odb"
pwd "pwd"

please leme know how to achieve this,,,,
