How to configure the MS AS tool to use our proxy?

We can't get updates as our Internet access is via a
proxy. How/where do we configure the MS AntiSpyware Tool
for proxy settings?
 
Do you use Internet Explorer as a browser?
Are all the settings possible for your proxy defined
within Internet Explorer's settings?
