I have a built in wifi. Everytime I restart it will automatically install a driver for me. How do I remove that driver so that when I start I can put in the correct driver. Usually where does winxp store all this driver

Thanks

Hi

Go the the cards manufacturer's website and download the latest XP compatible drivers
Save the drivers to a specific folder (unzip it if required
Go to device manager, right click on the Wifi device, click properties/drivers, click update driver, select not to search and browse to the correct path to the specific folder and then install the drivers

Note: always create a restore point before update drivers or install any applications, so that you can easily roll back the OS if any problems arise
