How to compact an Outlook .PST file

Outlook 2003, Win XP Home SP2

I deleted a large number of obsolete email folders. is there a way now to
compact the .PST file. I recall in Outlook Express, one could always click
on File | Folder | Compact All Folders. I can't find anything similar in
Outlook nor in the help section. Please advise
