how to combine two similiar sheet

pls advise which functions should be used if I want to combine below two sheet

Sheet One 2004
Product qty
milk 2
apple 3
pearl 4

sheet two 2005
Product qty
Sugar 2
apple 3
pearl 4

I hope get result like this


Product 04 qty 05 qty
milk 2 0
apple 3 3
pearl 4 4
Sugar 0 2

where are the results to be displayed ? if you want the results on page 3
enter data in products col , and use the vlookup function to compare cell
 
this assumes your data for product is in col a, and the quantity is in Col B

sheet 3

Product 2004 2005
Milk =VLOOKUP(A3,Sheet1!A:B,2,FALSE) =VLOOKUP(A3,Sheet2!A:B,2,FALSE)
